Terms and Conditions

We make no representation or warranty whatsoever that the content or functions of the Website or the server which makes its content available will be error or virus free, provide an uninterrupted service, or that faults will be corrected.

Prevailing terms

If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other, more specific terms and conditions contained anywhere else on the Website, and any of Dionne Gooding and Conditions the Dionne Gooding Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Severance of terms

If any provision of these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from these terms and conditions and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these terms and conditions.

Your use of and access to the Website is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this notice and in our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

By using any part of the Website in any way you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use. These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you and us. Terms and Conditions may be changed without notice but if this happens, we will post new Terms and Conditions online as soon as practicable.

You will be responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to ensure your continued compliance with them.

Acceptance of orders

Once a Bespoke order has been placed, it can’t be cancelled. If you’ve made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible; if your goods have not yet gone into production at our workshop, we will endeavour (although cannot guarantee) to make any adjustments necessary to your order.

We reserve the right to reject, for any reason, any order to purchase. This might happen if an item is out of stock or we detect an error in price or description on our Website.

You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with it. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us and accompanied by the invoice. We will assume your order is cancelled and we will refund the full amount to you or give you an exchange as required.

Description of goods

Whilst we try to ensure that the Website contains accurate information, we can’t guarantee nor (to the extent permitted by law) do we warrant in any way that the information on the Website, including but not limited to descriptions and depictions of materials, colours and styles, is up-to-date, complete, accurate, reliable or error-free.

Risk in the goods

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery of the goods.

Property in the goods

Property in the goods will only pass to you when we have received and processed full, authorised and non-fraudulent payment from you. Until then, we will retain the legal ownership of the goods.

Delivery

When placing an order, you must specify a delivery address. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods to you within 3-4 working days for UK and 7-10 working days for international orders.

Any order received by us after 12:00pm (GMT) on any working day shall be deemed to have been received by us at 9:00am on the next working day.

Where you have ordered more than one item, we reserve the right to deliver each item separately.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we will always do our best to be fair and accommodating. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Cancellations by You

• More than 5 days before the workshop, full refund

• 5 days before the workshop no refund, however you are welcome to transfer your booking to another available session subject to availability

• 48 Hours before the workshop, no refund or transfer.

No Shows

If you do not attend on the day without prior notice, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date at no extra cost. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.

Transfers

If you would like to move your booking to a different session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
